The apartment is located in the most famous Chinese district in Italy which has its hub in the famous Via Paolo Sarpi, a district that has been perfectly integrated into the city's culture for years as it is the subject of an intense redevelopment project by the Municipality of Milan. The area has recently been completely pedestrianized and made ZTL, it is well served by both the Metro and the Tram Lines. All this just a few steps from Piazza Gae Aulenti, the buildings and skyscrapers of the new Milan.
Vertical Forest is a pair of residential towers in the Porta Nuova district of Milan, Italy, between Via Gaetano de Castillia and Via Federico Confalonieri near Milano Porta Garibaldi railway station. They have a height of 111 metres (364 ft) and 76 metres (249 ft) and contain more than 900 trees (approximately 550 and 350 in the first and second towers, respectively) on 8,900 square metres (96,000 sq ft) of terraces. Within the complex is an 11-storey office building; its facade does not include plants.
The Sforza's Castle is a large fortified complex located in Milan just outside the historic city center. It was built in the fifteenth century by Francesco Sforza, who recently became Duke of Milan, on the remains of a previous medieval fortification of the fourteenth century known as the Castello di Porta Giovia, now home to the museum of the same name.
The Brera Art Gallery is a national gallery of ancient and modern art, one of the largest complexes in Milan with over 24,000 square meters of surface, opened to the public in 1809, is located in the homonymous building, where other cultural institutions are also located , such as the Braidense Library, the Astronomical Observatory, the Botanical Garden, the Lombard Institute of Sciences and Letters and the Academy of Fine Arts.
Gae Aulenti Square is an elevated circular square, 100 meters in diameter, located in the business center of Milan. Raised 6 meters above street level, it was designed by the Argentine architect to complete the towers of the same name, currently owned by the Porta Nuova Garibaldi real estate fund and leased to various multinationals including the main Unicredit bank, currently considered a of the most beautiful new squares in Europe.
Located between Garibaldi station and Lanza metro station, this area is trendy and exclusive and has become popular thanks to the many VIPs who choose to live here, the famous boutiques, restaurants, trendy clubs. The neighborhood is lively and is becoming Milan's favorite place where people can relax and have aperitifs after a long day at the office.
Isola is a trendy neighborhood characterized by graffiti and narrow streets filled with trendy boutiques, organic food and thrift shops. Next to the cozy family-run trattorias are trendy cafes housed in green courtyards, while the informal bars inside the area's former warehouses are frequented by motorcyclists, punks and students. At the weekend, flea markets are held around the Renaissance church of Santa Maria alla Fontana, known for its frescoed arcades.

San Siro, a nickname for the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, is a football stadium in the San Siro district of Milan, Italy, which is the home of A.C. Milan and Internazionale. It has a seating capacity of 80,018, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe, and the largest in Italy.
